Lewis S. Gross

Lewis Gross founded Sports Professional Management in 1987. Mr. Gross started the firm with just one player, Denis Potvin, the Hall of Fame defenseman from the New York Islanders.

Mr. Gross graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in accounting, and went on to City College of New York for his Masters Degree in Taxation. Lewis holds a CPA license, as well as many investment, insurance, and financial planning licenses.

Mr. Gross and Sports Professional Management currently hold the record for the largest arbitration award in NHL history. Mr. Gross has spoken at various conferences throughout North America.
